    Good intro read

read it through in one sitting and felt the inevitable disappointment that it was ending too soon. Sign of a good read for me. Now on a second run through, another sign. It is 'Complete' and therefore general. Excellent introductory material for the beginning carver.

    Great book for a beginner!

I took a basic carving class, and the carving instructor recommended this book. He said it would have saved him so much time if he would have had it years ago.
